ILOILO City – In the detention facility of the police station in Sibalom, Antique was where a drunken laborer landed after allegedly hacking another laborer in Barangay Odiong, a police report showed.
The 23-year-old resident Roldan Abagon was accused of attacking Arnel Alagos, 47, at around 8:40 p.m. on Saturday.
Alagos was sitting in front of their house when the inebriated Abagon arrived and hacked him on the right arm, the police report stated.
Police arrested Abagon and seized from him a bolo and a short 12-gauge shotgun.
Abagon was detained while Alagos was treated in a hospital and got discharged after./PN
