ILOILO City – A 17-year-old resident of Barangay San Antonio, San Enrique, Iloilo had been shot.
Bryan Biñas was hit on the chest. He was confined in the Don Valerio Palmares Sr. Memorial District Hospital in Passi City.
Police have yet to identify the shooter as of this writing.
Biñas was standing outside their house at around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday when the suspect emerged from a dark area nearby and fired at him, a police report showed.
