ILOILO City – A drunken man orally defamed her, a resident of Barangay Veterans Village, City Proper told the police.
Angelie Bernas, 33, accused Bernardo Isubal of uttering expletives at her while she was attending to her talaba kiosk in Barangay East Timawa, Molo.
Bernas claimed Isubal was drunk. She did not know why the latter would such thing to her, said the complainant.
Isubal is the spouse of the kiosk owner, a police report showed.
The incident happened at around 12:05 p.m. on Dec. 7.
Police referred the incident to the barangay lupon./PN
