ILOILO City – Charged with murder, a resident of Barangay New Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan had been arrested.
Officers served the 43-year-old Ramil Abelita a warrant of arrest on Toting Reyes Street, Barangay Andagao, Kalibo.
Abelita was taken to the Kalibo police station after his arrest at around 6 p.m. on Dec. 18, a police report showed.
The court did not set a bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Abelita was later turned over the Provincial Investigation and Detection Management Branch for documentation, and then to the concerned court, the police report stated./PN
