ILOILO City – A laborer was hacked in Barangay Artuz, Tapaz, Capiz.
The 32-year-old Leonardo Gardose was hit on the back, a police report showed.
Police identified a suspect: a certain “Kanonoy” Gole, 43, of the same village.
Gole fled after the incident at around 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 14, police said, citing witnesses.
Gardose was taken to the Tapaz District Hospital./PN
