ILOILO City – Fifteen sachets of suspected shabu were seized from a 22-year-old resident of Barangay Rizal Ibarra.
Carmelo “Billy” Flagne was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Ledesma Street, police said.
Police said Flagne sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer.
The suspect yielded 14 more sachets of the same substance, a cellphone, and a pouch.
Flagne faces charges for violation of sections 5 (sale) and 11 (possession) of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
He was detained at the lockup facility of Police Station 1.
Operatives of the station’s Drug Enforcement Team staged the operation at around 10:30 p.m. on March 8./PN
