BACOLOD City – They were having a drinking binge in Barangay Efigenio Lizares, Tlisay City, Negros Occidental when altercation ensued between them, a police report showed.
The 41-year-old Vista Alegre resident Rey Tizon sustained a stab wound on the left hand, the report further stated.
Tizon was then rushed to the Talisay City Health Center for treatment.
The suspect was identified as the 33-year-old Allaz Belleza of Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Belleza was arrested and now detained at the Talisay City police station lockup facility./PN
