BACOLOD City – A man was found dead beside his motorcycle in Barangay Libas, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
Police Chief Inspector Rubin Pajarit, municipal police head, identified him as the 39-year-old resident Rogie “Nonoy” Tubigon.
Tubigon was discovered around 7 a.m. on Monday bearing multiple hack wounds on the head, police said.
A student of the Libas National High School found Tubigon’s body, added the police.
According to investigation, Tubigon was from his cousin Jolibert Yanson’s house in Crossing Cab-Cab before his body was discovered.
Police were still identifying the suspect and the motive in the hacking./PN
