ILOILO City – Accused of estafa, a 58-year-old resident of Barangay Bagacay, San Dionisio, Iloilo was arrested.
Johnny Miagan was charged with the crime in a court in the National Capital Region (NCR), a police report showed.
The San Dionisio police served him a warrant of arrest at around 7:45 p.m. on Saturday before taking him to their station.
Judge Frederick Sepana of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 118 in NCR issued the warrant and set the bail bond at P40,000./PN
