SAN JOSE, Antique – For alleged swindling, a man was arrested in Barangay Cubay North, Bugasong, Antique, a police report showed.
The 58-year-old resident Ruben Dimamay was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3 p.m. on Saturday, the report added.
The warrant was issued by the court in relation to Criminal Case No. 2214-B that Dimamay faces.
Officers from the Bugasong municipal police station staged the arrest.
Dimamay was detained at the police station’s lockup facility.
The court recommended a P1,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
