BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man for stealing nine game fowls in Barangay Alicante, E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the suspect as 36-year-old Robert Monieva of Barangay 13, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Monieva was nabbed after he allegedly stole 28-year-old Mark Ondon’s game fowls on July 10, a police report showed.
Ondon complained that two of his game fowls were recovered from the nine missing. He said the missing fowls were valued at around P22,500, the report added.
Monieva was detained in the municipal police station’s custodial facility./PN
