ILOILO City – A tricycle driver was wounded in a shooting incident in Barangay Jalandoni Estate, Lapuz district.
He was 45-year-old Ernesto Regalado, who sustained gunshot wounds on the head and chest, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, an unidentified suspect peppered Regalado with bullets around 2 p.m. on Friday.
Regalado was brought to the West Visayas State University Medical Center in Jaro district for treatment.
Police have yet to identify the suspect and the motive in the shooting./PN
