BACOLOD City – The court recommended no bail bond for the temporary liberty of a rape suspect arrested in Barangay Manlucahoc, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
The 35-year-old resident Junrey Bucog was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3 p.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
The warrant was issued by Judge Edwin Gomez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 77 in Sipalay City dated Aug. 19, 2019.
Bucog was detained in the Sipalay City police station’s lockup facility./PN
