BACOLOD City – Two suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 2.
Twelve sachets of suspected shabu were seized from 32-year-old “high-value” suspect Adrian Pelayo and Kevin John Guinalon, a police report showed.
Pelayo and Guinalon were apprehended for selling suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P300 on Sept. 29, the report added.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 7, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
