BACOLOD City – Charged with carnapping, a 16-year-old minor was arrested in Barangay Zone 6, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The minor was served a bench warrant on Oct. 14, a police report showed.
Officers of the Talisay City police station served the warrant issued by Judge Edwin Gomez of the Regional Trial Court Branch 43 dated July 26.
The minor was turned over to the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development./PN
