ILOILO City – Police arrested a man for shoplifting inside a mall in Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao district.
The 20-year-old Rio John Barbero was caught around 8:20 p.m. on Nov. 27, police said.
Barbero apprehension came after mall’s security guard found an unpaid earphone worth P140 in his shoe, the police added.
Barbero was taken to Mandurriao police station where he was detained. Charges will be filed against him./PN
