BAC OLOD City – A 21-year-old man was found dead in Barangay Camansi, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Alex Albaña was believed to have drowned, a police report showed.
Police said Albaña’s body was discovered floating in a river in Barangay Camansi around 7:10 a.m. on Dec. 10.
Officers of the Kabankalan City police station ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
