ILOILO City – A 29-year-old man was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Bagacay East, Maasin, Iloilo.
Suspected shabu valued at around P10,000 was seized from Melvin Mancilla, a police report showed.
Mancilla was caught after he allegedly sold a sachet of the illegal drugs to an undercover officer for P1,000 around 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 15.
Detained in the lockup cell of the Maasin police station, the suspect faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
