ILOILO City – For owning an unlicensed gun, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Cabangaan, Badiangan, Iloilo.
Armed with a search warrant, the Badiangan police raided the house of Anastacio Nobleza around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 10.
A .38-caliber revolver loaded with three live bullets was seized from the Nobleza’s a house, police said.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act will be filed against him./PN
