ILOILO City – Charged with attempted homicide, a resident of Barangay Lo-ong, Concepcion, Iloilo was arrested.
The fisherman 24-year-old fisherman Stephen Panes was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:10 a.m. on Oct. 22, police said.
Panes was taken to the Concepcion municipal police station.
The court approved a P36,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty/PN.
