BACOLOD City – He was caught collecting bets for an illegal numbers game in Barangay Balintawak, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
The 46-year-old Romy Bawaan of Barangay Poblacion, Escalante City was arrested 6:25 p.m. on Oct. 27, police said.
Bawaan was a Small Town Lottery bet collector, the police added.
Recovered from his possession were P100 bet money and gambling.
