Antique gets 3 more fire trucks from BFP

SAN JOSE, Antique – The province of Antique recently received three more fire trucks from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).

BFP regional director Senior Superintendent Jerry Candido led the turnover and commissioning here of the trucks intended for the towns of Pandan and Libertad.

Antique now has 22 fire trucks with 15 fire stations. Six of the fire trucks are assigned to the municipality of San Jose as the capital town of the province and three are in the town of Sibalom, the biggest municipality in Antique in terms of population and number of barangays./PN
