BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu weighing about 14 grams valued at around P95,200 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mansilingan.
Resident Jun Mena, 41; Alcapon Infante, 26, of Barangay Singcang-Airport; and Mark Billones, 39, of Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental yielded the prohibited substance, a police report showed.
Prior to their apprehension, the suspect allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover officer around 5 p.m. on Dec. 5.
Aside from the suspected illegal drugs, a P500 marked money, a weighing scale and an improvised tooter were also seized.
The suspects were detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 7, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
