ILOILO City – A woman facing a qualified theft charge was arrested in Barangay Benedicto, Jaro district.
Wielding a warrant of arrest, the Jaro police caught Jannis Marcellana around 7:37 a.m. on Dec. 15.
Edilwasif Badditi of the Regional Trial Court Branch 208 in Mandaluyong City ordered Marcellana’s arrest and set a bail of P40,000.
The suspect was taken to the Jaro police station. It was not immediately clear as of this writing if she posted bail./PN
