ROXAS City – A newly identified drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Tiza here.
The 42-year-old Jenevic Delamede yielded three sachets of suspected shabu, according to the police.
A resident of Barangay Tiza, he left the city for Metro Manila at the height of the Philippine National Police’s Oplan Tokhang, the police added.
It was unclear when Delamede returned to the city but police said he was placed under surveillance for quite some time prior to the buy-bust operation.
