BACOLOD City – Charged with two counts of qualified rape, a man was arrested in Silay City, Negros Occidental.
Jorge Balboa, 52, was caught around 3:20 p.m. on Jan. 20, a police report showed.
Police carried out his arrest on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 in Silay City.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Silay City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
