BACOLOD City – For allegedly selling illegal drugs, a man was apprehended in Barangay Bubog, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
The 43-year-old Emilio Dimzon III was a resident of Barangay Montevista in this city, a police report showed.
The Talisay police staged the entrapment that led to Dimzon’s arrest around 2:35 p.m. on Jan. 28.
Recovered from his possession were 13 sachets of suspected shabu, P1,000 marked money and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the Talisay City police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him./PN
