BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in Barangay 4, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Residents Roel Mansueto, 21, and Jomel Soberanon, 24, allegedly stole feeds and groceries inside a parked car around 5 p.m. on Feb. 13, police said.
Recovered from them were 20 kilograms of chicken feeds worth P620 and groceries worth P220.
They were detained in the Victorias City police station, facing charges./PN
