BACOLOD City – Two persons were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 1, Ilog, Negros Occidental.
They were 21-year-old Elizer Duremdes and a 16-year-old minor, both residents of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The suspects initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop for P500, police said.
Seven more sachets valued at P2,040 were recovered during their apprehension around 2:30 p.m. on March 1.
Duremdes was detained in the lockup cell of the municipal police station, while the minor was under the custody of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development office./PN
