BACOLOD City – Charged with frustrated and attempted murder charges, a resident of Sitio Katalbas, Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Sagay City, Negros Occidental was arrested.
Wediman Saligan, 58, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:10 a.m. on June 4.
Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City, Negros Occidental) issued the arrest warrant for attempted homicide (Violation of Probation) on April 18, 2012. No bail bond was recommended for Saligan’s temporary liberty.
Further, Saligan has a pending case for frustrated murder in Sagay City.
