ILOILO – An unlicensed firearm has been turned over to the Leon, Iloilo police station.
Village councilman Arnold Caigoy, 47, of the town’s Capalla Avenue handed over a .22-caliber revolver loaded with 10 ammunitions to the police around 9 a.m. yesterday.
The homemade firearm was surrendered by one of the residents, Caigoy said.
