ILOILO City – A 30-year-old man was arrested in Barangay 5 Poblacion, Igbaras, Iloilo.
Peter Paul Edang of the town’s Barangay Cale was caught collecting bets for the illegal numbers game “first two” around 5:45 p.m. on July 17, police said.
Recovered from the suspect were P440 bet money and gambling paraphernalia.
