ILOILO City – Two persons were arrested on Saturday. They were allegedly caught stealing milk at a mall on Luna Street, La Paz, Iloilo.
Michael Torres, 26, of Barangay Pahanocoy, Bacolod City and Ronald Victoria, 25, of Barangay Lapayon, Leganes, Iloilo were taken to the La Paz police station.
The suspects were caught by Rodelyn Solvero, a supply officer, and security guard Jerome Sotomil around 6:30 p.m.
According to them, the suspects placed the milk inside a backpack without paying the cashier.
Theft charges would be filed against the suspects./PN
