BACOLOD City – A man was arrested in Barangay 2 for alarm and scandal.
Twenty-five-year-old Edwin Angeles was a resident of Barangay Sum-ag.
Police were conducting a mobile patrol around 12:05 a.m. yesterday when they spotted the suspect making trouble.
When frisked, two sachets of alleged shabu were recovered from the man, police said.
Angeles was brought to Police Station 2. Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 would be filed against him./PN
