ILOILO City – A 45-year-old fisherman was found dead in the waters of Barangay Poblacion, Concepcion, Iloilo on Tuesday.
The victim was resident Oliver Bagaygay. He was discovered by residents around 3 p.m.
Bagaygay was last seen alive binge drinking with friends, according to the police.
His family believed that he may have drowned./PN
