ILOILO City – A senior citizen charged with oral defamation was arrested on Wednesday in Villa Carolina Subdivision, Barangay Yulo Drive, Arevalo district.
The 64-year-old Marilou Sumical was taken to the Arevalo police station around 2 p.m., a police report showed.
She was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Radney Reginaldo Garica of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities.
An P18,000 bail bond was recommended for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
