BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, a farmer was arrested in Purok 1, Barangay Bantayan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental around 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 12.
Fifty-year-old Romeo Malayas Jr. was served with an arrest warrant that Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 issued.
No bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the Kabankalan City police station./PN
