SAN JOSE, Antique – A quarry enforcer was shot by unidentified motorcycle-riding assassins on Sunday evening, Sept. 12, along the national highway in Barangay Supa here.
Mark Odiada was a 40-year-old resident of Barangay Alangan, Sibalom, Antique. He was driving his motorcycle from Sibalom to San Jose when attacked around 7:30 p.m.
He was shot in the head and fell off his motorcycle.
The gunmen were apparently tailing Odiada, police said. They left after shooting him.
Emergency responders to brought Odiada to the Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital where he died while being treated.
The police launched a manhunt./PN
