ILOILO City – A 66-year-old man was arrested yesterday in Barangay Poblacion, Lemery, Iloilo.
Jim Posadas, a resident of the village, was charged with violation of the Philippine Mining Act, a police report showed.
He was taken to the municipal police station around 1:30 p.m.
A P20,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
