Cadiz local faces ‘grave threat, robbery’ raps

BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Jerusalem, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental was charged with grave threat and robbery.

Police served two arrest warrants to 26-year-old Jomarie Barotag around 5:10 p.m. on Sunday.

Judge Joanne Nifras of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (Cadiz City) ordered Barotag’s arrest for grave threat with a P12,000 bail bond.

For his robbery case, Judge Renato Muñez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 recommended a P124,000 bail bond.

Barotag was detained at the Cadiz City police station./PN
