ILOILO City – Police chanced upon a 36-year-old woman collecting bets for the illegal numbers game “bookies” in Barangay Flores yesterday.
Gambling paraphernalia and P170 bet money were recovered from Gracel Mae Castro of Barangay Palapala 1, police said.
The suspect was taken to Police Station 1 around 7:30 a.m./PN
