BACOLOD City – An improvised gun and alleged shabu were recovered from a suspect in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 19-A, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Dan Perry Lacson, 38, a resident of the city’s Barangay 1, was caught around 11:30 p.m. on Sept. 27.
He yielded P20,400 worth illegal drugs, a 12-gauge homemade shotgun with ammunitions and drug paraphernalia, among others, a police report showed.
His motorcycle was impounded, too.
The suspect was detained at the Victorias City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act (RA) 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and RA 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act would be filed against him./PN
