BACOLOD City – Facing frustrated murder charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Celestino Villacin, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Erwin Balicuatro, 35, was a resident of Barangay Sewahon 1, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
He was caught around 11:25 a.m. on Sept. 28.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 73 (Sagay City) issued the arrest warrant with no bail recommended.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Sagay City police station./PN
