BACOLOD City – A man accused of two counts of rape was arrested in Barangay Fabrica, Sagay City, Negros Occidental on Sept. 30.
Twenty-seven-year-old Anthony Maghari was a resident of Barangay Punta Mesa, Manapla, Negros Occidental.
He was caught around 9:30 a.m. by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 (Cadiz City, Negros Occidental).
No bail was recommended for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the Sagay City police station./PN
