ILOILO City – Detained at the police station in Molo district for alleged rape, an inmate was served with yet another arrest warrant on March 2.
Ian Dalida, 38, of Barangay Taal, Molo was charged with rape yet again.
He had been in detention for a month already for his first rape case./PN
