ILOILO City – On the run for two years, a homicide suspect finally turned himself in to the Pavia, Iloilo police station.
The 45-year-old Diosdado Lasugas of Barangay Mali-ao, Pavia voluntarily surrendered at around 6:45 a.m. on Feb. 28.
He was listed as the No. 4 wanted man in Pavia./PN
