Out of the 56 volunteers who were tested, 33 became successful blood donors during the first-ever Blood Donation activity of Palm Concepcion Power Corporation (PCPC).
This was held last May 30, 2022 at the PCPC Power Plant Complex in the Municipality of Concepcion, Iloilo.
This is in line with the company’s Social Development Program (SDP) for health.
The activity is under the power plant’s PCPC Cooperation Alliance on Restorative Efforts and Sustenance (PCPC CARES) program.
Philippine Red Cross Iloilo facilitated the said activity while PCPC’s scholars volunteered in assisting the donors.
