ILOILO – The No. 1 most wanted person in the municipality of Tigbauan has been arrested.
Jouie Balla, 46, was a resident of Barangay Sermon, Tigbauan. He was caught around 7:05 .m. on Aug. 15.
“Ang suspect ta nga ini may five counts of rape charges reported last year,” said Police Lieutenant Mary Jane Panes of the Tigbauan police station.
Balla was also charged with acts of lasciviousness, Panes added./PN
