Teen kills self in La Castellana

BACOLOD City – An 18-year-old boy took his own life on Wednesday afternoon, Nov. 16, in La Castellana, Negros Occidental.

La Castellana Municipal Police Station requested not to identify the teenager, as well as the village where he lived.

According to the police, the lad was found hanging from the ceiling of their house by his grandmother.

He was rushed to the town’s Rural Health Unit w here he was declared “dead on arrival” by the attending physician.

La Castellana police said they recovered a notebook which contained a suicide note; he wanted to be reunited with his real father.

The teen also left a message to his girlfriend; he had personal problems.
