Bacolod City – Elements of the Bago City Police Station confiscated two firearms and ammunition during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Don Jorge L. Araneta, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Suspect Noel Sabasan, 43, a resident of the place, was arrested around 3:37 p.m. on Feb. 15.
Recovered from the suspect were an improvised shotgun, a .22 revolver and ammunition.
Sabasan is facing charges for violating Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
